Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 medium avocados
2 or 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 large bunch green onions
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 small cans pitted, ripe olives
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spread bean dip on platter; mix avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread, then layer of onions, layer of olives and layer of tomatoes. Grate cheese and put on top. Serve with favorite chips.
