Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar from canned jalapeno peppers
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, leaving out 1/2 of Cheddar to sprinkle over top.
    Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
