"Porcanoo"(Pork, Cabbage And Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. Accent food flavoring
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 medium pork chops, deboned
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 medium carrot
    1 medium celery stalk
    1 medium onion
    1/4 medium cabbage
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    black pepper to taste
    1 small pkg. thin egg noodles
Preparation
    Cook noodles and set aside.
    Shred cabbage, carrot, celery and onion or cut into small pieces.
    Cut meat into small pieces. Brown meat in skillet with very little oil.
    Add garlic and lightly brown it.
    Add water and bring to a boil on medium heat. When meat is tender, add carrot, cabbage and celery.
    Bring to boil, adding a little more water if needed.
    Add rest of ingredients, including cooked noodles.
    Cook slowly, stirring all ingredients together.
    Serves 4.
