Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter-flavored Crisco
    3 c. water (lukewarm)
    1/2 c. coffee creamer
    1 egg
    8 to 9 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water; let set 10 minutes.
    Put dough hook on mixer and add the next ingredients.
    Add yeast.
    Mix in flour, a little at a time, until stiff.
    Turn into oiled pan and let rise 1 hour.
    Turn out on floured board and knead.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Make out into rolls; let rise.
    Cook at 350\u00b0. Makes about 35.
