Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (1 1/2 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed well
1/2 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
