Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. oil
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation

Sift together into mixing bowl, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, vanilla, oil, eggs and pecans, mixing well. Fold in bananas and pineapple and juice just until blended.
