Lo-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    16 oz. lite cream cheese
    1 can lite evaporated skim milk
    1 c. sugar, divided
    2 tsp. almond extract
    1 egg
    3 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 c. fresh fruit
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan with Pam.
    Sprinkle wafer crumbs on bottom.
