Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 large can pineapple rings
1 c. brown sugar
maraschino cherries
1 yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain pineapple, saving syrup.
Arrange pineapple in pan with cherry in center.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions using the syrup in place of water.
If not enough juice, add some water.
Pour into pan carefully.
Bake as package directs.
Cool 10 minutes and turn over on platter.
