Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 tart apples
    butter or margarine
    sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Peel, core and slice apples thinly. Saute in 1/3 cup butter or margarine 5 minutes.
    Mix 1/3 cup sugar and spices to apples.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt.
    Beat with rotary beater for 2 minutes.
