Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. oil or beef drippings
Preparation

Put flour in mixing bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients except oil.
Beat with electric mixer at medium for 1 minute. Heat oil in pan in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into hot pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until crisp and brown.
Serve at once with beef and gravy.
Yield:
6 to 9 servings.
