Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 can white wine
    2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 large potato, diced
    1 bunch leeks or large onion
    1 large bunch broccoli
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter (or margarine) and saute cut up leeks until soft. Add chicken broth.
    Fill 1 can with white wine and add.
    Cut broccoli into pieces and add.
    Add potato and half and half. Simmer 20 minutes or until broccoli is soft.
    Let cool and put all through blender.
    Return to pot and serve.
