Creamy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (wild or plain)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. almonds
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    3 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Cook onion in margarine.
    Remove from heat. Stir in flour.
    Gradually stir broth into flour mixture.
    Add cream.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add rice, chicken and rest. Place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
