Crock-Pot Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips.
    Put all ingredients but sour cream into crock-pot.
    Cook 6 hours on high or 10 hours on low.
    After cooked, stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
