Peach Parfait Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    hot peach juice and water to make 1 1/4 c. liquid
    1 c. canned sliced peaches, drained
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot peach liquid in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Add ice cream in pieces and stir until melted.
    Add almond extract. Chill until thickened, but not set (about 30 minutes).
    Fold in peaches.
    Turn into pie shell and chill until firm.
