Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 marshmallows
    1 c. chunk pineapple
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, butter, eggs and lemon juice.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Pour over quartered marshmallows and cut up or grated cheese.
    Stir and add pineapple.
    Stir again. Refrigerate.
