Fish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked
    1/2 lb. small scallops, cooked
    1/2 lb. crab meat (or imitation pollack)
    1 can sardines (in olive oil), drain off oil
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (fat-free)
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 c. roasted red peppers
Preparation
    Put all seafood into a bowl.
    Chop celery, onions, green pepper and roasted red peppers finely.
    Put into same bowl; mix thoroughly with fish and all spices.
    Add mayonnaise.
    If 2 tablespoons is not enough, add until you have consistency you want.
    Serve over crisp romaine lettuce.
