Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 slices white bread
    butter
    1 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
    6 large eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread; butter and cut each slice into 6 pieces.
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with half the bread squares, buttered side down.
    Cover with half the cheese. Layer rest of bread, buttered side up; top with remaining cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients; pour over the bread. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bring to room temperature and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
