Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 c. grainy Dijon mustard
    4 to 6 chicken breasts or thighs (depending on size of family and appetites), skins removed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    flour (for coating)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in mustard overnight.
    Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
