Peach Smash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled sliced peaches (2 or 3)
    1/2 c. light rum or tequila
    1/4 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
    4 maraschino cherries
    1 Tbsp. maraschino juice
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in electric blender container; process until smooth.
    Gradually add enough ice cubes to make 5 cups in blender; process until mixture is smooth and thickened. Serve immediately.
    Yields 5 cups.
