Chicken Wilma - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large boned chicken breasts
6 slices ham or 12 slices Canadian bacon
6 slices bacon
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Arrange 12 half slices of ham or Canadian bacon in shallow baking dish.
Place half breast of chicken on each slice and top with a half slice of bacon.
Put, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix sour cream and soup.
After chicken has baked for 30 minutes.
Pour soup and cream mixture over it and bake 30 minutes more.
Serve with rice.
