Summer Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano (powdered)
1 tsp. salt
4 dashes hot pepper sauce
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
30 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
2 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, then drain well.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Stir often.
Serve with your choice of pasta or steamed vegetables.
Serves 8.
