Honey Butter Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pared, thinly sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. honey
    grated rind of 1 orange
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Steam carrots until tender; drain off unnecessary juice. Preheat the carrots with remaining ingredients.
    Makes 3 servings.
