Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in order given.
Pour into well-greased tube pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
