No-Knead Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. oleo or oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
3 c. flour
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Add egg and yeast to flour mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape dough into rolls.
Place on greased baking pans.
Brush tops with melted fat or oil.
Cover with cloth or wax paper.
Set in warm place for about 45 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
