Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 slice lemon
4 tsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Preparation

In a blender, mix the eggs, flour, milk and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Let the batter stand about 1 hour.
Sprinkle the juice of one half a lemon over the apples.
In a heavy skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of butter.
When the butter is bubbly, add the batter with apples slices and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
