German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. red skin potatoes, sliced
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 to 8 slices bacon
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender; drain well.
Cool slightly.
