Pittsburg Potatoes And White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. potatoes, cubed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. pimiento, cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. cheese
    2 c. White Sauce
Preparation
    Cook potato cubes and onions in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
    Add pimiento and cook 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put in a buttered baking dish and pour White Sauce over all, mixed with cheese and salt.
    Bake in a moderate oven until potatoes are soft.
