Stuffed Green Peppers(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium green peppers
1 c. cooked roast beef or 1 c. ground beef, cooked
1 (7 1/2 to 8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. minced onion
salt to taste (optional)
Preparation

Remove the pepper's tops and seed them.
Combine remaining ingredients and fill peppers.
(At this time, you can package well and freeze in airtight containers.)
Bake in microwave oven for 10 to 11 minutes on High until peppers are done.
When dish is frozen, place in microwave for 15 to 20 minutes on High until peppers are done.
