Oven Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin of beef, cut into strips or cubes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook the meat in 1 tablespoon butter until it loses its red color.
    Add onion; cook for four minutes or until the onion is barely tender.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan; blend in the flour.
    Add bouillon cubes, hot water, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
    Cook until thickened.
    Blend in the dairy sour cream; pour the mixture over the meat and cover. Bake the beef in a preheated moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Makes four servings.
    Can be prepared ahead; refrigerate until cooking time.
