Penne With Asparagus And Porcini Cream(Prep Time: 20 Minutes; Cook: 20 Minutes; Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 oz. dried porcini (mushrooms)
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. asparagus, washed and cut
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt
    12 oz. penne
    coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine the porcini and water in a small saucepan; heat to boiling.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Let stand off heat for 10 minutes.
    Strain the liquid through a fine sieve; reserve the liquid.
    Finely chop mushrooms and set aside.
