Ingredients

1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
dash of ground allspice
1/2 c. low calorie cranberry juice
1 small apple, cored and chopped (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. cranberries
1 lb. fully cooked ham, sliced 1/8-inch thick
Preparation

In a 2-cup measuring microwave cup, stir together the brown sugar, cornstarch and allspice.
Stir in the cranberry juice.
Add the chopped apple and cranberries.
Mix well.
Microcook, uncovered, on 100% power (High) for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
Set fruit mixture aside, covered.
Arrange ham slices in baking dish.
Cover. Microcook on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
Spoon fruit mixture over ham and serve.
