Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    3 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour + some for dredging
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. hot strong coffee
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Combine raw sausage and brown sugar.
    Add 2 cups flour and spices.
    Dissolve soda in hot coffee and add to mixture.
    Dredge raisins and nuts in flour.
    Add to batter, mixing well.
    Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 90 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
