Beef Stick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into strips
2 onions, sliced
pepper
salt
water
cooked rice
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Fry the meat in oil until done.
Add the onions and cook until they are clear.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add desired amount of water to make a broth.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
