Baked Mock Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. haddock fillets
1/4 melted butter
salt and pepper
grated cheese
paprika
1 c. cornflakes

Preparation

Place fillet in a greased dish after rubbing with butter. Sprinkle rest of stuff on, cornflakes last.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
