Heavenly Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 container Cool Whip
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions.
    Cool.
    Mix pudding with only half the recommended milk.
    Chill.
    Pour cherry filling over cake evenly.
    Mix Cool Whip and pudding together gently and spread over cake and cherries.
    Chill and serve.
