Aunt Carolyn'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
5 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1/2 stick butter
1 pinch salt
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa and flour.
Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add beaten egg yolks and softened butter. Cook one minute more.
Add vanilla.
Cool slightly and pour in baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar.
Brown at 350\u00b0.
