Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. water
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat butter, shortening, sugars, vanilla, water and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Mix flour with soda and salt; blend into butter mixture.
    Stir in chips.
    Drop 2 inches apart from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 8 dozen.
