Liendsertart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    6 oz. butter
    3/4 c. almonds, ground into powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 small glass Kirsch (optional)
    10 oz. raspberry jam
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients by hand.
    Knead the dough. Refrigerate the dough for 6 hours or overnight.
    Place chilled dough on a lightly floured board.
    Place a piece of wax paper over the dough and using a rolling pin, stretch the dough to fit a 10-inch pan.
    Spread the jam on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Can be made ahead.
