Ingredients
    1 c. Flour
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
    2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
    1 Egg White, beaten
    6 Tbsp. Water
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and refrigerate one hour before using. This batter may be used for onion rings, fried shrimp, scallops, fish or any fried food needing a good batter.
