Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Layer half the spinach and half the Swiss cheese in the pie shell; repeat.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over layered mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until knife comes out clean, 24 to 45 minutes.
