Cottage Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. dairy sour cream
sliced fruit of choice
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Stir in orange juice.
Chill until partially set.
Beat cottage cheese on high speed of mixer until almost smooth.
Stir in sour cream.
Fold cheese mixture into gelatin.
Pour into oiled 6 1/2-cup mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold on platter and surround with sliced fruit, as desired.
Makes 12 servings.
