Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. grated onion
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Put sauerkraut in blender and chop up fine and drain.
    Put all ingredients in skillet.
    Add cheese to melt; mix well.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Make into small balls. Dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown in color.
