Steak Potage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    2 small onions
    2 sliced carrots
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. oleo
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a heavy 3 or 4-quart pan, brown hamburger, stirring to crumble.
    Add onions, carrots, canned tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, pepper, salt and mixed veggies.
    Bring to a boil; cook for 1 to 2 hours.
    At the end, melt oleo and mix in the flour. Thicken the soup with the mixture, stirring until thickened. Serve with biscuits or rolls.
