Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. cranberries
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
grated rind of 3 oranges
1 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Pick over and wash cranberries and place in saucepan together with sugar, orange rind and juice and spices.
Bring to a boil, stir, cover and boil just until the cranberries burst, 4 to 5 minutes.
Sauce jells when cold.
Makes about 2 quarts.
