Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boxes au gratin potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 c. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger with 2 tablespoons minced onion.
    Put the potatoes from the boxes in a large pan.
    Add remaining minced onion, butter and cheese mixes from box of potatoes.
    Add the 8 cups of boiling water, milk and sour cream. Stir until well mixed.
    Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown on top.
    This makes enough for a large group of people.
