Spinach Bread Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and let stand at least 4 hours.
    Place in hollowed out round bread on a plate with cut pieces of bread placed around it.
