Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, chopped turkey or chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    4 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chow mein noodles and slivered almonds,
    and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with the chow mein noodles and almonds.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (If frozen, bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 70 minutes. Serves 12.
