Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 c. chopped ham or smoked sausage
    1 c. cut up pieces of zucchini, broccoli or mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. softened margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Spray quiche pan with cooking spray. Spread cheese over bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle
    meat and vegetables over the cheese. Put remaining ingredients
    into
    blender
    for
    1 minute.
    Pour over cheese mixture in
    pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6.
