Ingredients

1 pkg. white Pillsbury pudding in the cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl. Blend.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
