Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    4 oz. Russian dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 jar apricot preserves (10 oz. size)
    water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
    Mix dressing with soup mix and preserves in small amount of water.
    Pour over chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven or until chicken is tender.
    Good with cooked rice and green vegetable.
    Serves 4.
